Wish I could rate this store with NO STARS. The employees are rude, clueless about the products they're selling & spend more time gossiping about everyone in town than helping the line of customers that are in their store. If you're going to do business at this store, plan on waiting in line for no less than 30 minutes, or take that 30 minutes & just drive to the AT&T in Muskogee; I guarantee you can drive to the store in Muskogee & back home in the time it will take to deal with the hens at the Checotah AT&T store.

The women who manage and work in this store know what they are doing. Whenever I have a question, a glitch, or a failure, I know resolution is at hand as soon as I get to the store. The wait-time, for old people like me, would less uncomfortable if there was seating; other than that, I consider it the perfect place to buy a phone/maintain a phone. I LIKE THEIR STYLE & APPRECIATE THEIR FUND OF KNOWLEDGE.
