I would not use this place unless you have a very simple return. I used this place in 2013 gave her all the same information I give my normal tax guy. The older lady in the office is the one that did mine. She had to keep asking questions to the other lady in the back. She messed up my taxes so bad that I am getting audited. I am a student she forgot to even put in my form for my tuition which helped when the IRS came after me with a 6k bill. I had to end up filing an amended return because there was no fixing the mistakes she made. I have had to pay a CPA 600 to fix everything and still have to pay IRS 3000 and oklahoma state 2000. I have tons of deductions I usually use, she had me claiming about 25k more. I do not know if they want customers so they must put in information to say they can get you more money so more more people go there.
